TDM-EV TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC FACING CHARGERS

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Electric Vehicle charging services (“EV charging services”) provided by TDM-EV you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our EV charging services.

  1. EV Charger Access

2.1 Eligibility: To use our EV charging services, you must meet any eligibility criteria set forth by TDM-EV. You may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.

2.2 Access: TDM-EV reserves the right to deny or restrict access to the EV charging services at its discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, misuse, violation of these terms, or any unlawful activity.

  1. Use of EV Charging Services

3.1 Charging Protocol: Users are responsible for adhering to any specific charging protocols provided by TDM-EV. Failure to follow these protocols may result in service denial or additional charges.

3.2 Charging Sessions: Users are responsible for ensuring the proper connection and disconnection of their electric vehicles during charging sessions. TDM-EV is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use.

  1. Fees and Payments

4.1 Charging Fees: Users agree to pay the applicable fees for the use of EV charging services. TDM-EV reserves the right to update fees at any time, with notice provided to users. The current maximum charge per kW hour is £0.84.

4.2 Payment Information: Users must provide accurate and current payment information. TDM-EV is not responsible for any charges incurred due to outdated or incorrect payment information.

4.3 Pre-authorisation: This is a temporary hold of funds, which is immediately released once charging is completed. We’ve set our pre-authorisation charges to £50 across our network.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TDM-EV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the EV charging services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

  1. Termination

TDM-EV reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the EV charging services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

  1.  Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligation under this Agreement (except payment obligations) if the delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as a strike, blockade, war, act of terrorism, riot, natural disaster, failure or reduction of power or telecommunications or data networks or services, or government act.

  1. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using our EV charging services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
